Anyone for football?
If any of you guys enjoy watching the nfl should check out the channel 5 website (www.five.tv/nfl) and click the nfl section . This will take you to nfluk.com and once on this site choose to take the five nfl challenge.
Then you simply enter who you think are gonna be the leading passer/rusher/reciever for this week.
If you get all 3 right for that upcoming week you can win loads of cool stuff. ALSO, if you only get one right, you'll be entered into a prize draw to win 2 tickets to the pro-bowl in hawii (with accomodation) and $500 spending money!!!
What a great prize!
Plus if one of you guys win you can take me with you!
love you x

Daddy or chips ?
After having my dad leave us when I was 5, I didn't really notice a obvious change in my up-bringing. I never really felt like I was missing out on what everyone else had.

I didn't really understand the concept of father's day.

I guess I was lucky to have so much family within the church as I was growing up.

Growing up, I guess my only real 'father figure' was Pete. Our families were pretty close and we went on holidays together and stuff. I know this role was never intentionally put into place, but I am greatful for it anyway.

Now, I kinda "get" fathers day a bit better. Even though my earthly father isn't around, my heavenly one is!!!

The building 429 song "you are loved" really speaks to me. I get upset and joyful at the same time over the lyrics
Just to hear You say_"you are loved, My son"
To hear You speak my name and say "well done"
love you x

New Sensations Sweepng The Nation!
Hey I've decided I'm gonna start a couple of trends for the "whacky" kids to follow.

First, I think people should start using this site!

Its a real good way to bounce around ideas AND to encourage or be encouraged. Lets build one and other up people!
I'll start of . . . I struggle with my little white balls (Nooma Pod joke!), does anyone else feel the same way? . . . WOW! This can be like a really slow chat room!!!

Secondly, I (with the assistance of Matt) am gonna start wearing a hospital I.D braclet (you know, those funny plastic things). If anyone else is interested in joining my hospital bracelet wearing quest then contact me thru this blog, or my own or you can e-mail me (steparkes81@hotmail.com) or failing that , you can just tell me (holler!) the next time you see me.

Laterz (crazy!)

I love you!
